Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Volaro website at welcome.volaro.fun, the game at volaro.fun, and the Volaro mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Volaro is a crypto price prediction game where users pick cells on a real-time price grid and receive multiplied USDC rewards if the live price line passes through their selected cells. The game features:

• 15 cryptocurrency trading pairs (BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, ADA, AVAX, LINK, DOGE, PEPE, BONK, WIF, SUI, ARB, TON, and Gold).
• 3 difficulty modes: Easy (~37.5% win chance, up to 1.3x), Normal (~25%, up to 2x), Hard (~12.5%, up to 4x).
• Odds computed by a 36-module Monte Carlo simulation engine using quantitative finance models.
• On-chain settlement via UUPS upgradeable smart contracts on Arbitrum.
• A free demo mode requiring no wallet, registration, or deposit.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where crypto prediction games or blockchain-based gaming is prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• We reserve the right to restrict access from specific jurisdictions at any time.

3. Account and Wallet

• To play with real funds, you must connect an EVM-compatible wallet (MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, WalletConnect, or similar) via RainbowKit.
• Authentication is handled via SIWE (Sign-In with Ethereum). We do not store your private keys or seed phrases.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. Lost keys cannot be recovered by Volaro.
• The demo mode does not require a wallet and uses play money.

4. Deposits and Payouts

• Deposits: Accepted from 5 blockchain networks: Arbitrum, Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain, and Tron.
• Payouts: Issued in USDC on Arbitrum and USDT (TRC-20) on Tron.
• Settlement: All payouts are processed on-chain via 3 smart contracts: Vault (deposits/withdrawals), ReferralRegistry (on-chain referral attribution), and PayoutDistributor (USDC payouts). All contracts are UUPS upgradeable and verified on Arbiscan.
• Gas fees: You are responsible for gas fees on your blockchain transactions (deposits, withdrawals). Volaro does not cover gas costs.
• Processing time: On-chain settlements are subject to blockchain confirmation times and network congestion.

5. Game Rules and Odds

• Odds are computed by a 36-module Monte Carlo simulation engine. The multiplier shown on each cell reflects the mathematically fair probability based on models including Geometric Brownian Motion, Heston stochastic volatility, jump-diffusion, and regime-switching.
• Models are calibrated against real-time price feeds from Binance and Bybit.
• No guaranteed wins. Volaro is a prediction game, not a guaranteed income source. Outcomes depend on real-time crypto market movements, which are inherently unpredictable.
• Monte Carlo odds are estimates. All financial models have limitations. Extreme market events (flash crashes, exchange outages) may cause deviations from modeled probabilities.
• Volaro reserves the right to void bets placed during verified system malfunctions or data feed outages.

6. Referral Program

Volaro offers a 5-tier referral program:

• Starter (2%), Bronze (5%), Silver (7%), Gold (8%, max 12% with boosters), Platinum (10%, max 15% with boosters).
• Referral rewards are calculated based on a percentage of your referrals' losses.
• Payouts are monthly in USDC to up to 10 wallets across Arbitrum and Tron.
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, and referral manipulation are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending rewards.
• Volaro reserves the right to modify referral rates, tiers, and conditions with 30 days' notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the game.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the game or smart contracts.
• Manipulate or attempt to manipulate price feeds or odds.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or abuse promotions.
• Use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity.
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure, other users' experience, or the integrity of the game.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.

8. Smart Contract Risks

• Volaro uses UUPS proxy contracts on Arbitrum. The contract logic can be upgraded by the team. While this enables bug fixes and improvements, it also means contract behavior can change.
• As of March 2026, our smart contracts have not been audited by an independent security firm. The codebase is covered by 2,600+ automated tests, but this is not a substitute for a formal audit.
• Smart contracts may contain undiscovered vulnerabilities. You use the Service at your own risk.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Errors in wallet addresses or transaction amounts cannot be corrected by Volaro.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, design, code, graphics, and trademarks on the Service are the property of Volaro or its licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.
• Your bet history and gameplay data may be exported for your personal use via the built-in export feature.

10. Disclaimers

• Not financial advice. Nothing on this website or in the game constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
• No guaranteed returns. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your deposited funds.
• Market risk. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile. Extreme price movements can result in rapid losses.
• Regulatory uncertainty. Crypto prediction games exist in a regulatory gray area in many jurisdictions. Regulations may change, potentially affecting the availability or legality of the Service in your location.
• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Volaro, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount of USDC you deposited in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for losses caused by: blockchain network failures, smart contract vulnerabilities, wallet security breaches on your end, price feed interruptions, or force majeure events.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Volaro and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

13. Modifications to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
• For material changes (affecting deposits, payouts, or game rules), we will provide 30 days' notice via email to registered users where possible.
• Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time and withdraw your remaining funds.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Pending legitimate payouts will be processed within 30 days.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the jurisdiction of Volaro's registered entity.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
